Gravity Feed 418 and 524 (4 and 5 inch) - both models mounted on 3 point linkage

The Models 418 and 524 (above) are gravity-feed chippers, and are the most economical of the four. They're intended for the user who does periodic area clean-up, but who may not require a high-throughput production chipper.

The Models 624 and 931 (6 & 9 inch, below) are designed for those who require high throughput chippers for production limb and trunk reduction. They feature fully hydraulically powered feed rolls, with FORWARD-STOP-REVERSE controllability. The hydraulic tanks are oversized to provide for fluid cooling and de-aeration.

624CT CHIPPER

The 6-inch capacity 624T chipper is powered by the 25 HP Kohler CH25 engine. The chipper discharges directly into its own 3-1/2 cubic yard hopper. The special frame is mounted on two tandem 1,000 kg capacity torsion-suspension axles and four 20x8.0-10 Load Range C tyres. The entire unit weighs a certified 880 kg, enabling a chip capacity of more than a ton. It's light enough to be easily towed behind a mid-size ute. The 624CT is 1.57m wide, 1.85m high and 3.35m long, not including the tongue. The tongue is a telescoping type, and can be adjusted with one pin over a range of 400mm. The tongue can be telescoped back into the front of the unit, for compact storage & ease of maintenance.

The chipper features no-tools belt changes and one-spanner belt tension adjustment. All metal surfaces are powder coated, reducing rust and corrosion problems, and the glossy finish keeps the unit looking new.

This combination unit is the ideal piece of equipment for growing landscapers and tree service companies that want to increase their capabilities without having to purchase a special chipper truck; parks, cemeteries and golf courses that have substantial tree maintenance workloads but do not wish to haul the tree trimmings to a dump site or debris pile for chipping or other disposal; and, at 1.57m wide, for tree farms growing sapling trees that have a proliferation of low branches that must be removed for cosmetics and enhanced rapid growth.

624t CHIPPER

The 624T Linear Engine Powered Wood Chipper has incorporated all the features that professional Tree Maintenance people want. A split housing for n-tools access to the flywheel & knives; no-tools belt adjustment and changes; a hydraulically powered feed roll for instant forward-stop-reverse control, and a 25hp Kohler engine for the power to chip those big 6 inch limbs without lots of trimming at 25 meters per minute.

The 624T comes complete with a battery & a 23 litre fuel tank to allow you to work all day without re-fuelling.
For ease of maintenance, the top half of the chipper housing opens and the belt guard comes off – all without tools.

742 TURBO

Like the 624T, the 742Turbo is a Linear Engine Powered Wood Chipper has incorporated all the features that professional Tree Maintenance people want and need.

A split housing for no-tools access to the flywheel & knives; no-tools belt adjustment and changes; a hydraulically powered feed roll for instant forward-stop-reverse control, and a 42hp Kubota diesel engine for the power to chip those big 7 inch limbs without lots of trimming at 30 meters per minute.  

The 742 Turbo comes complete with a battery and a 30 litre fuel tank to allow you to work all day without re-fuelling. For ease of maintenance, the top half of the chipper housing opens and the belt guard comes off – all without tools.
