At Dynamic Manufacturing we’ve adopted the philosophy that “we choose to play a vital role in the efficient and effective processing of bio-mass fuel stocks”.

Since the advent of our patented Cone-Head drum cutting system, we have found that this design is the most cost effective way to turn most any type of green bio-waste into a usable fuel product, and so have our customers. Over the past 2 years, nearly 80% of our business has been to design and build equipment to convert forestry waste into valuable fuel chips for producers all over the world. We are also developing machinery that will process other renewable green fuels stock into a product used in making cellulosic ethanol. All are based on the fundamental Cone drum design concept.

We are proving daily that the cost of converting fuel stock can be significantly reduced with the cone drum design. By its very nature the cone cutting system will process more tons per gallon and more tons per horse-power. The more efficient the conversion cost-the more viable the fuel.

Various fuel stocks that have been effectively processed by Dynamics’ Cone-Head and Discone cutting equipment include waste wood, corn stover, miscanthus, arundo cane, and straw. All resulted in the production of a very consistent desirable end product, and all are considered to be staple fuel stocks in the developing renewable fuel markets. With its technology and the emergence of new fuels, Dynamic Manufacturing will continue to set the standard for the efficient processing of renewable bio-mass fuel.
