Brush shredding can be done economically using your existing tractors.
Vrisimo Shredders are the high horsepower tool to perform your orchard shredding jobs quickly while reducing the brush to mulch for faster decomposition.
This affordable high horsepower alternative to expensive custom brush shredding. Perfect for orchard applications, they utilize 2 pound heavy duty flail knives at 2,155 rpm with top re-cutter bar and internal liners standard. They also come standard with Heavy duty rear roller on the 300 & 500 series (shown below) or four pneumatic & hydraulically adjustable wheels on the 900 series (shown at bottom of page) and rear brush rakes.
The rakes at the rear of the shredder prevent any sticks and branches getting through before they get mulched.
The mulch can then easily be scooped up with a tractor bucket or skid steer.
A tractor with between 70 to 120Hp is all that is required to operate these shredders.
